All of my new counselling relationships begin with an initial contract of 12 sessions, during which we can work with any issues you’d like to bring. Towards the end of these sessions we will discuss together whether you have gotten what you came for, or if feel you would like a further 6 or 12 sessions, or an open- ended contract.

I use rooms on both the first floor and the ground floor of the building, and I will check with you whether you want your sessions to be on the ground floor when we arrange to meet.

The talking spaces are small multi-purpose treatment rooms with comfortable chairs and soft lighting.

Getting here:

My current space is located at E8 2BT.

The cobbled road outside the studio is blocked to car traffic. The nearest designated Blue Badge parking is on Manse road opposite St Paul’s church, although parking on yellow lines may be possible closer to the venue with a Badge.

The nearest bus stops are 160 metres away and are served by the 276 and 488 bus. The nearest overground is Hackney Downs, and is just under 1km away. There is cycle parking outside the building.

The building has step-free access via a decked area and ramp. The ramp has been made with asphalt and has a small hump where it meets the ground.

The space:

I use rooms on both the first floor and the ground floor of the building, and I will check with you whether you want your sessions to be on the ground floor when we arrange to meet.

The building itself has an entrance 82cm wide. The doorway into the ground floor treatment room is 72cm wide.

The first floor room is accessed by a staircase with 14 stairs, and a strong handrail.

The ground floor room has step-free access.

The talking spaces are small multi-purpose treatment rooms with comfortable chairs and soft lighting. Other practitioners occasionally use essential oils and incense in the building.

The toilet has step-free access but is very small and not wheelchair accessible. The nearest accessible toilet is located two minutes away in the Brunswick building, and is available 24/7. There are 5 non-electric fire doors between the main entrance and the toilet, which will be opened on request by reception.

Service animals:

Registered service animals are very welcome in our sessions. Unfortunately unregistered service animals, support animals and pets cannot come into the building.
