I am a BACP-registered Humanistic Integrative counsellor offering a non judgemental space to talk in North London.

I offer both short term (12, 18 and 24 weeks) and open-ended work around a range of themes such as:

Gender and sexuality, ageing, grief, racial identity, experiences of racism, chronic illness, bereavement, suicidal feelings, neurodivergence, addiction, abuse, relationships (including polyamorous and ENM relationships), sex (including kink, chemsex), activism, disordered eating, work (including sex work), self harm, family issues, structural injustice, depression and anxiety, suicidal feelings.

Is therapy right for me?

Daily life often brings with it lots of pressures, responsibilities and demands, which can make it hard to find time to slow down and give space to our own thoughts and feelings. I believe we all need a space to be present with what is happening for us inside, so that we can have a better relationship with ourselves. 

People come to therapy for many different reasons. For some, they might be wanting to change a pattern they’ve noticed in their life, or want a space where they can be fully themself without fear of rejection. Others want support whilst they come to terms with bereavement, grief, or other life changes. For some, therapy is a chance to think and feel through intergenerational legacies - shining a light on what we are carrying from the experiences of previous generations, and giving space to consider how we wish to interact with these legacies going forwards. 

Together we can make a space where your thoughts and feelings can be really listened to and acknowledged. With you as the expert on your own experiences, we will look together at what is troubling you, with the aim of greater understanding bringing you an increased sense of choice.
